How to redeem a PlayStation Store code
Redeem 12-character PlayStation codes on PS5, PS4 or the PlayStation Store website.
PlayStation Store codes are 12 characters long (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and can only be redeemed on a PlayStation Network account whose country matches the code's region.
PS5
- 1Open the PlayStation Store from the Games home screen.
- 2Select the "..." (more) icon at the top of the screen and choose "Redeem Code".
- 3Enter the code and select "Redeem".
PS4
- 1Open the PlayStation Store.
- 2Scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu and select "Redeem Codes".
- 3Enter the code and confirm.
Web browser
- 1Go to store.playstation.com and sign in.
- 2Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select "Redeem Codes".
- 3Enter the code and confirm.
A PlayStation account's country cannot be changed after it is created. A Turkey-region code only works on a Turkish PSN account, an EU code on a European account, and so on.
