What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Troy, bank transfer (Havale/EFT), and more payment methods coming soon including iyzico and PayPal.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. If your key is invalid, already used, or not received, you can open a dispute from your Orders page. We offer full refunds or replacements.
Are the keys legitimate?+
All keys sold on herkesekey are sourced from authorized distributors. Keys from marketplace sellers are verified through our seller review system.
What is the seller marketplace?+
Third-party sellers can list their keys on herkesekey. Each seller has a tier (Bronze to Platinum) based on their sales volume and customer ratings.
How does instant delivery work?+
Once your payment is confirmed, the system automatically assigns an available key from inventory and displays it in your order. The entire process takes seconds.
Can I sell my keys on herkesekey?+
Yes! Register as a seller at /become-seller. New sellers start at Bronze tier with a 15% commission rate, decreasing as you sell more.
What regions do you support?+
We sell keys for Global, Turkey, EU, and NA regions. Always check the region tag on the product page before purchasing.
