By accessing and using herkesekey.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Products

herkesekey sells digital product keys and software licenses. All sales are final once a key has been revealed or delivered. Keys are encrypted and stored securely until delivery.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available if a key is invalid, already used, or not delivered. Submit a dispute through your Dashboard within 14 days of purchase. We will review and resolve within 48 hours.

4. Seller Marketplace

Third-party sellers may list products on herkesekey. herkesekey acts as an intermediary and is not the direct seller for marketplace listings. Sellers are subject to verification and rating systems.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account or purchased keys with unauthorized parties.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use herkesekey for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity. Reselling keys purchased on herkesekey without authorization is prohibited.
