Seller payouts and the protection window
Why sale money is Held, then Clearing, then Available: the buyer protection window, your tier's clearing days, disputes and payout requests.
Every sale on herkesekey is covered by Buyer Protection, so the money for a sale is not withdrawable immediately. Your Earnings page shows it in three balances. Amounts are your net earnings, after commission, fixed at the time of sale.
Held
A sale is Held while the buyer protection is still running: the buyer has not revealed the key yet, the 24-hour window after the reveal is still open, or a dispute is open.
- The buyer confirms the key works: released immediately.
- 24 hours pass after the reveal without a report: released automatically.
- The key is never revealed: released automatically 7 days after delivery.
Clearing
Released sales wait a few more days before you can withdraw them. The clearing period depends on your seller tier:
- Bronze: 14 days
- Silver: 7 days
- Gold: 3 days
- Platinum: 3 days
Available
Once the clearing period is over, the money is Available. Payout requests can only be made from the Available balance. Pending and processing payout requests are already deducted from it.
When a buyer reports a problem
- 1The dispute appears under Seller Panel > Disputes with the buyer's reason, description and screenshots, and a 24-hour countdown.
- 2Replace key: a new key from the same listing is sent to the buyer, and a new 24-hour window starts when they reveal it.
- 3Refund: the buyer is refunded for that item and the sale is removed from your earnings.
- 4Contest: explain in a note why the key works. An admin reviews the case and a live support room opens with the buyer.
If you don't respond within 24 hours, the buyer is refunded automatically. Keep an eye on the Disputes badge in your panel.
