Prices are shown in Turkish lira (TRY). Your bank may apply its own fees or exchange rate if your card is in another currency.
We never store your full card details. Card data is entered on and handled by the payment provider. Your order is only fulfilled after the provider confirms the payment to us.
Frequently asked questions
My payment was declined. What can I do?+
Check that the card details are correct, that online payments are enabled on your card, and that 3D Secure verification was completed. If it still fails, contact your bank or try another card.
I was charged but did not receive a key.+
Occasionally payment confirmation takes a few minutes. If your order is still pending after 15 minutes, contact support via live chat with your order number. If the order was paid but no key was delivered, you can also open a dispute with the reason "Not received".
