Keeping your account and keys secure
Reset or change your password, protect your keys and recognise phishing attempts.
Forgot your password?
- 1On the login page, click "Forgot Password".
- 2Enter the email address of your account and submit.
- 3Open the email we send you and click the reset link. Choose a new password.
Reset links expire after a short time. If yours has expired, simply request a new one. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.
Change your password
When logged in, go to Dashboard > Security to change your password. Use a unique password that you do not use on any other site.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is coming soon. Until then, a strong and unique password is the best protection for your account.
Protect your keys
- Keys are stored encrypted and only decrypted when you reveal them. Reveal a key only when you are ready to redeem it.
- Do not post keys or screenshots of keys in public places such as social media or Discord.
- herkesekey staff will never ask for your password. Be careful with emails or messages that ask you to log in through an unfamiliar link.
